CLASS: Beginning running
 
Description: A run/walk class that wil benefit someone who
                       aspires to add running to their fitness program.
 
Time: Monday's at 12 noon at Vanderbilt's track.
 
 
 
 
 
CLASS: Track Class
 
Description: A speed session for runners with a good running
                       base.  Intervals of 200 400 800 meter repeats
                       based on one's previous race times.
 
Time: Tuesday's and Thursday's at 12:30pm at Vanderbilt's
           track.
 
 
 
 
CLASS: BootCamp
 
Description: Intense full body workout that works total body
                       doing drills, using medicine balls and body weight
                       exercises.
 
Time: Thursday's at 5:30pm at infield of Vanderbilt's track.
           If Davidson Co. schools are closed, this class is cancelled.
