In an era of mass fitness trends, fad diets and late night infomercials, my mission is to live in complete "TRUTH" regarding
total fitness (mind-body-soul) Always looking for different ways to train and improve. What is truth? Emerson states it best as "truth is what works."
Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach towards it. Watch it, listen to it, observe it's needs, it's requests and even have fun. Sometimes it becomes very alive and swift.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
My training plans are designed to offer both total core and optimal
conditioning. Although I can layout a specific specialized program, I prefer plans that achieve total fitness. Maximizing the bodys potential to develop functionally along with increased endurance. While also increasing ones force potential, energy and suppleness.
NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY
Low caloric paleolithic or "caveman" nutrition is what I recommend. A food plan that is limited in caloric intake but provides bountiful nutrition is best. The link between increased life expectancy and caloric restriction is supported by recent studies. Today's food habits are high in refined or processed carbohydrates and factually linked to diseases such as diabetes, obesity and coronary heart disease.
